This black and white image is an interesting mixture of architectural interest with a gorgeous stallion at the centre of the arcade.
This is in fact his stable in Portugal. As with so many beautiful buildings there, this dates from the late 18th Century and has a grandeur that always impresses.
The horse stands calmly and patiently with a slight sag of one hip, showing how relaxed he is standing in the arcade. After all this is home for him.
The image measures 40cm x 50cm. Including its frame, it measures 59cm x 69cm.
